Fresh Talent Recruitment Ltd are working with an established and rapidly expanding business based in the heart of the West Midlands. They are currently looking for a reputable Trader/Sales Manager to join their motivated commercial team. They are pro-active in supplying importers, distributors, supermarket chains, packers, wholesalers, service providers, and the catering sector.
The role will involve speaking with customers and suppliers, selling and buying a variety of different Fresh Produce working both with “programmed sales” and “spot pricing”. It is imperative that you have a “book of contacts” that you can bring with you and are confident will generate business quickly, offering you and the employer competitive advantage.
This role needs someone who is proactive and a solution provider. Experience within the Fresh Produce sector is imperative as is a wholesale trading background. Language skills in Spanish would be an advantage but not essential. This is a role only suitable for someone who really believes in their ability to be a success!!
