My client are a high-growth food manufacturing business that are at the beginning of an ambitious and exciting 3 year Private Equity backed growth plan. They specialise in a combination of branded and own label products into the food service and grocery sector including a very strong free from category. Due to this new investment the company are now seeking a new SNAM to join the team and head up the food service channel.
• You will be responsible for managing a team of NAMs in the food service channel wholesale channel.
• Delivering growth through strong braded NPD drives.
• Ensuring customer interaction and satisfaction is at a high level.
• Development of the team and supporting them with key customers.
You will be a proven SNAM or NAM with experiencing in selling into the food service channel.
Ideally you will have managerial experience or show excellent potential to manage a team.
