Senior Brand Manager

We are recruiting for one of the world's largest global soft drinks companies, which have one of the broadest distribution networks in the United States. Despite their size, they maintain an entrepreneurial spirit and are looking for a candidate to match! The have a diverse line-up of products, all of which are classic favourites. They are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who can get passionate about their vision, and ultimately grow their portfolio. This is an office based role and they are an incredibly team oriented business so they are looking for someone who will be a good culture fit and compliment to their team.

As a Senior Brand Manager, your role will aim to drive profitable growth of the company's branded portfolio through the appropriate channels, by developing and implementing clear and effective brand strategies and executional plans. The role requires someone who has an in depth knowledge of the soft drinks market, channels, and competitors. Extensive technical marketing and strong budget management skills are required for this role.

As a successful candidate, you will be creative and high energy with a genuine entrepreneurial flair. You must have 3+ years of experience working as a Brand Manager in FMCG, and experience dealing with the top 4 grocers is preferred but not required. Likewise, experience working in the soft drinks industry is preferable but not mandatory. This is a rare opportunity to take on a Senior Brand Manager role and work on some great brands, whilst gaining people management experience as well as the role has a direct report.
