In this role, you'll be working closely with the Multiple Grocers to bring to life our brand and commercial strategy at the point of purchase. You’ll be a strong relationship builder, results driven and have a positive and proactive approach. With a passion for customer collaboration, you will take ownership for the development and execution of the Grocers marketing plan, ultimately influencing shopper engagement, conversion to sales whilst maximising return on investment. You will also proactively and consistently evaluate and review all activity to drive learnings for the future.
As well as the ability to communicate effectively with people across a broad range of roles, both internally and externally, experience in a similar role within a leading consumer goods company is also required. A collaborative approach to ensure activity is delivered on time and in line with expectations is essential. Literacy in the Microsoft Office suite and strong attention to detail skills are also necessary, as are good problem solving and analytical skills. Ideally, you'll hold a CIM or equivalent.
