The Client
Our client is one of those few companies genuinely leading their sector of fresh food. Their growth in turnover, profit, products and facilities is the envy of the industry and they are looking for a National Account Manager to lead the development of their Tesco account.
The Role
Reporting to the Business Unit Director, the role will implement and continually develop a comprehensive commercial strategy for the Tesco account, one of the largest in the business and with double digit grow opportunities in the next 12 months. The opportunity with drive category insight and NPD to explore and deliver commercial success as well as take responsibility to champion the Tesco account internally and lead, mentor and develop the Tesco account support team to be recognised as category leaders.
The Person
We are looking for a proven Account or Commercial Manager within in the fresh food industry with an established track record of account growth with the major supermarkets, ideally Tesco. Candidates will demonstrate an in-depth understanding of category management, high level and complex negotiations and a passion for commercial success that will challenge the status quo.
