Our customers range from High Street & Grocery Retail, DIY & Merchants, Mail Order, Internet/E Commerce, Discounters, Multiple Garden Centre Groups and an expanding International business currently exporting to around 25 countries.

Your current/recent experience:

A Key or National Account Executive looking to step up or a National Account Manager seeking a new challenge and currently operating in any of the above Trade Channels

Experience in: -

  • Branded Non-Food Consumer Products  
  • Category Management/Range Development
  • Account business planning/strategy
  • Identifying New Product Development opportunities
  • Working to agreed Sales Value, Volume & Margin budgets
  • Implementation of Promotional activity

Skills/Attributes and Characteristics we are seeking: -

  • Challenging, inquisitive and a tenacious appetite to learn & develop
  • Open minded, seize opportunities, take the lead using your own initiative
  • Hands on, sleeves up – take accountability and responsibility for your actions
  • Action oriented with a “do it now” attitude
  • Dependable, reliable and a strong relationship builder
  • Results driven, great work ethic, will see tasks through to completion
  • Commercially savvy, understand product costs, managing P&L
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Great team player and networker
  • Mobile, willing to travel as required within the UK
  • A clean UK driving licence
  • Ideally minimum A level/Graduate calibre
