Company

Catmanjob.com was created in 2006 as a specialist division specifically supporting category, shopper and net revenue professionals.  The brain child of Paul Nyman who realised at the time “we just didn’t know enough about category management and how it affects a business”.  Catmanjobs operates as a division of  Paul Nyman Consultancy, which was established in 2004 to support wider FMCG recruitment markets, after Paul was made redundant, and toured the UK recruitment market seeking employment to pay the mortgage.

During this journey he identified some of the most important characteristics for job seekers hunting for a new role:

  • Understand what  I, as a candidate can do.
  • Honestly tell me why I cannot perform in the role I applied for.
  • Know how your clients can advance my career.
  • Get back to me.
  • Don’t BS me.

These have become entwined in the approach the team at Paul Nyman Consultancy take to support individuals achieve career success across the UK and Europe.

We offer not just recruitment, but wider career support and development through workshops which include national and international recruitment and development experience.

Not just a recruiter.

We enjoy being career developers.
