As part of our clients continued business growth strategy, they are looking to recruit their leaders of the future.

What the job entails.
As the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving targeted field sales growth and profit targets across the various channels. You will be expected to manage the strategic planning, whilst contributing to the development of the pipeline of new business coming into the business. You will manage team of direct reports, meaning you will be responsible for recruiting/coaching and developing the team to ensure they are equipped to fulfil their role successfully.

This is a very autonomous role which provides the opportunity to develop your career across various accounts and brands, with genuine progression on offer.

The successful Regional Sales Manager will have:
• Current experience in one of the following roles: Customer Business Manager, National Account Manager, Customer Account Manager, Senior National Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, New Business Manager, Business Development Manager or equivalent.
• Experience within a Branded/Blue Chip FMCG organisation
• Previous/current experience of building new senior level relationships within complex and tough trading environments.
• A tenacious and entrepreneurial approach
• Preferably be degree educated or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

Our client is looking to pay up to £35,000 (may flex for the right candidate) plus a strong benefits package, including company car and a strong bonus scheme.

This is a home based opportunity, maximum of once a week in the head office in West London.
