Marketing Assistant

Our client is one of the largest suppliers to UK retail of food manufacturing. They are looking to strengthen their Marketing team with a Marketing Assistant.
The role is to support the marketing manager in developing category plans and strategy.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
*To analyse and interrupt market and customer data in an insightful and digestible manner.
*To monitor and analyse category performance and identify trends to drive growth.
*To own and issue monthly market reports using Kantar.
*To use Dunnhumby to add insight to changing category trends.
*To review competitor ranges and undertake gap analysis.
*To assist in helping to identify new product opportunities and be aware of wider food trends.
*To assist in bespoke category analysis as required.

KEY SKILLS
*Aspirations to work within food and an own label culture.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS
*Full Driving Licence
*2 years' experience in a similar role
*Degree would be advantageous
