National Account Manager

Operating internationally, PZ Cussons is a highly successful consumer goods business that manufactures and distributes some of the leading household brands. We are now looking for a National Account Manager to join our team.

As the National Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with PZ Cussons’ customers to maximise profitability. 

Joining a multi-functional team, you’ll build an in-depth understanding of customers’ needs and style to develop compelling selling points for our range of consumer goods. 

You’ll ensure that defined customer sales drivers are brilliantly executed, including pricing, promotional activity, features and displays. 

Additionally, you’ll support PZ Cussons’ monthly demand process by ensuring that P&L forecasts are completed in a timely manner. 

As part of your role, you may be required to occasionally travel to locations throughout the UK. 

To be considered, you must have: 

- Branded FMCG experience gained within a top four multi-grocery business, working heavily on promotions 
- Strong selling and negotiation experience 
- P&L management experience 
- The ability to interpret and create business arguments from data sources such as Nielsen 

Determined and passionate, as the National Account Manager, you must have exceptional communication skills. The drive to deliver results in a challenging, fast-paced environment is also key.
