Continued growth and success of NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto has led to the creation of a unique and exciting new role in our Gatwick office for an experienced Key Account Manager for our NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto business.

Our Opportunity

NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto is one of the leading brands within pod coffee and is a strategic priority for Nestlé.

Within the UK NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto has a proven track record of continual growth.  Reporting into the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto Sales Development Controller you will have responsibility for managing the relationship with key customers in order to maximise the support for NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto.

This Key Account Manager role covers our Coffee Machine side of the business, and you will be working across customers with the responsibility for increasing NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto coffee machine availability and visibility within all areas of the market place.

You

For the Key Account Manager we are looking for a degree educated individual (or equivalent), who is entrepreneurial; you will have a proven track record of developing winning commercial & customer activity plans, be able to draw on experience to influence customers by building and increase the awareness and relevance of NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto within customer mind set by amplifying NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto and its role in the coffee machine category.  We are looking for a commercially driven candidate, who can bring excitement and energy to this newly created role, full of enthusiasm to continue the successful journey of NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto.

As Key Account Manager you will have a good working knowledge of customer management principles, be able to translate data and insight into winning customer plans, be financially literate and possess a good understanding of competition law.  Experience within the Small Domestic Appliance market is beneficial but not essential.
