This is a key hire for the business - a highly visible role leading commercial strategy, pricing, promotional planning and revenue growth management within the grocery space.
Reporting to the Grocery Director, you'll be leading the channel strategy, ensuring that the business remains well placed to capitalize and react to new market trends and being responsible for continuing the strong recent growth of the brand.
In a category in which shopper loyalty plays a key role, you'll need to demonstrate a rounded understanding of MS&P, innovation, promotional & range review and monthly business planning. You'll also need to devise and implement a longer term channel strategy.
