Retail Sales Executive

Job Type: Fixed Term Contracts (3 months), Full Time

Commencement:  Immediate start

Elevate are delighted to confirm that they have secured a partnership with Camelot and are seeking to deliver a team of support RSE’s to help drive and deliver their retailer training programme.

This role will involve working for Elevate on behalf its blue chip client and primarily within the independent retail environment. 

Whilst the role will be for a fixed-term, the duration of which will be determined by the requirement of each individual territory, there is the scope and potential for a longer-term opportunity. 

As an RSE you will be working independently with responsibility for delivering retailer education, excellent customer service and merchandising support.

If you are seeking a position which provides you with the opportunity to teach, train and educate independent retailers and you can demonstrate that you have keen attention to detail, can exhibit good planning, organisation, time management and motivational skills, this could be the challenge you are looking for.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the characteristics that enable you to cultivate good relationships quickly and effectively and who have the aptitude required to plan, manage and structure their working day. 

You must also have the ability to communicate and influence at store manager level within the independent sector and to step into a role and make an immediate impact.

The hours of work reflect the nature of this role and whilst your core hours will be 37.5 hours per week, we are looking for individuals who have the flexibility to work hours appropriate for the job role and function.

It is a requirement of this role that you are available for an immediate start, hold a full, clean driving licence and can ideally demonstrate experience of working within the independent retail sector.  

Full training ahead of commencement will be given to the successful candidates.
