What the job entails:
As the successful Product Innovation Manager you will be the key point of communication from the product development team to the wider business. You will be expected to gain buy in to the timely delivery of the NPD pipeline using the newly defined gate process, whilst being the owner and champion of this process, to land these innovative and commercial products on time. You will work with commercial teams to set the pricing and promotional strategy, to meet sales and profitability targets. Develop the core positioning and messages for products and ranges. You will also develop the positioning and messages for products and ranges, be design and consumer champion in product and packaging development and lead consumer insights and idea generation.
