Role and Areas of Responsibility

Reporting to the Director of Sales on a monthly/weekly basis about current sales activity. This is fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Global brand; we offer an excellent salary, with fantastic opportunities for progression

Provide account management, sales support and training to the UK retail trade and key retail partners within the UK; As well as provide timely accurate reports outlining performance against budgets and business plans. Must be able to travel within account base and to HO for regular update meetings.

  • Act as ambassador for Euro Pro within the UK retail market.
  • Providing forecasting for Key Accounts
  • Provide training and guidance to new store base.
  • Follow through with customer inquiries.
  • Own & develop all facets of running and managing large multiples
  • Update management on monthly/weekly report
  • Updating and maintaining records.
  • Attend trade shows as required.

Job Description

  • Provide exceptional service and to closely manage a core group of National Retail partners.
  • Directly manage some buying groups and her members.
  • Agree with Director of Sales any recommendations for customer strategy within the UK.
  • Provide support in preparing up to date forecasting weekly and against key lines.
  • To implement and launch new product categories within the retail account base.
  • Continuously train and visit store base ensuring displays are 1st class and store staff knowledge is kept to a maximum.
  • To maintain an active outlook diary and call log ensuring visibility of activity within the set account base and area.
  • Maintain and update Monday morning reports; including sales performance comparatives, Sales Price/Unit tracking, and presenting weekly opportunities and business cases for approval.
  • Maintain open dialogue with the business on competitor activity results for and against and action plans for breakthrough performance.
  • Build key relationships including planners and merchandise departments to ensure we are fully supported with the right in store and online provision
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Education and Experience

  • Advanced Excel, WORD and PowerPoint Skills, and experience of.
  • Sales/account management experience preferred
  • Prior experience in sales with consumer products/consumer durables preferred.
  • Field Sales work experience would be an advantage.
  • National Account experience would be an advantage.
