My client are an established FMCG business based in the Berkshire with company turnover circa £70 million. They have shown progressive growth over the last 5 years and are looking to continue that trend.

They manufacture all their products on sight and are a market leader in non-food FMCG.

They have an excellent team structure and Sales Director who will look to work alongside you and encourages progression and development through the business. He is looking for someone with the ability to do national account roles in the future and work with the top four grocery accounts in the role after this one.

This is the perfect role for someone to work within a field sales role for a year / year and a half before moving into national accounts.

My client are a really exciting circa £70 million business based in the south.



I am working with the market leading manufacturer in art materials, Daler Rowney, who sell a wide range of artist products such as paints, artist surfaces, brushes and a range of accessories.

They manufacture all their products in their Bracknell head office and turn over circa £70 Million per annum.

They will offer excellent training and progression options to develop the suitable candidate into a talented Senior National Account Manager.

Description

The Territory Account Manager - South West Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Increase volume and profit, driving distribution to new and existing independent accounts
  • Build relationships with customers to drive increased repeat business
  • Act as an ambassador for the company and its brands
  • Merchandise products within accounts
  • Deliver product training programs to client staff
  • Delivering against key objectives set each quarter such as new product development and increased availability of existing products
  • Delivering educational programs within practises and at trade shows and events
  • Target and develop strong relationships with your client base
  • Identify opportunities to drive relationships and brand awareness


Profile

The Successful Territory Account Manager - South West:
  • Ideally have working knowledge of the FMCG industry with a proven sales track record in a similar field based role
  • Degree educated
  • Be able to analyse complex data and other territory information to build a prioritised expert focused territory business plan
  • Have strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Be highly motivated with strong commercial awareness and the ability to use commercial knowledge to increase profit and business growth.
  • Full Clean Driving License
  • As this is a development role ambition is key/crucial
  • The ideal candidate will leave in Reading, Berkshire,Oxfordshire, Bristol or Hampshire


Job Offer

The Territory Account Manager - South West will be offered £25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary + Car + 20% Bonus + Pension + Healthcare
