Interim Account Manager, Food Manufacturing, Lancashire

This is an urgent Interim Account Manager assignment, in the food industry, to start as soon as possible. Our client has an enviable position in the market supplying the UK food retailers. This assignment is a great opportunity to work closely with a major food retailer to develop and grow the account at a strategically important time.

Ideally, you will have worked in the food industry, to show your ability and understanding of the pace involved. Experience of own label chilled food would be an advantage.

Can you highlight examples of delivering within fast-paced sales environments? Supporting the commercial team to deliver account growth in partnership with the retailer. Have you been the main point of contact with the buying and technical retail team? If so, this could be your next assignment.

It's essential you are bright, quick-thinking, numerically strong and able to make decisions at speed.

As the Interim Account Manager you will be reporting to the Commercial Manager. This assignment will be based on site and with regular visits to the retailers Head Office, so you must be flexible to travel.
