The Benefits: 


£21,000 with a view of rising to £23,000 after 6 months and a consultative chat with manager provided all goals are met. Uncapped Commission, Company Car, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone, Tablet and Travel expenses. 
  


The Company:

Our client is an exciting, fun market leading electronic cigarette organisation who are looking to add to their existing sales team in various locations across the UK. This company have a very well known product line with clients across the whole of the UK making it a leader in the industry. 
 


The Role:

Working alongside the current highly skilled sales team, your main focus will be to attract new business and manage existing accounts by cross selling and merchandising. You will have exclusivity in your own territory calling on independent retailers such as shops, newsagents, hotels and pharmacies. You will be responsible for managing your own diary and reporting back on your KPIs.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing a client portfolio, visiting clients working to a set cycle.
  • Selling stock from your car direct to the independent retailers.
  • Reporting to head office on your weekly sales figures.
  • Collecting previous payments from retailers and banking cash.
  • Merchandising stock and keeping clients up to date with new products.
  • Representing the company with the highest of standards at all times.

 


The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic sales executive who is determined, driven and hungry for success with a passion and energy for sales. With a strong ability to drive business in your territory, you will capable of identifying new opportunities as well as showing good organisational skills and strong as maintaining existing client relationships.

You would come from a sales orientated background, either within field sales, telesales or retail sales, or any similar related roles within the independent/convenience/grocery sector.
