Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading FMCG food business for a Brand Manager on one of the UK’s leading branded products.
This role is a mix of creative brand marketing but will also require the successful candidate to have a strong commercial & analytical nature.
The role:
- Annual Brand Situational Analysis, business review and brand planning
- Insight development through to project management of NPD
- Delivery of key projects – promotions, design & NPD
- Create a 3-year strategic plan for the brand portfolio and a one-year brand plan
- Day to day management of total advertising & promotional brand budget
- Recommendations & management of brand media, BTL and PR programme where appropriate
- Manage key external relationships including agencies
- Project management of NPD and packaging projects
The candidate:
- Previous brand management experience in an FMCG environment
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven creative campaign creation
- NPD Project Management skills
- Strong communication skills with an ability to flex style
- Experience in leading Brand planning & identifying growth opportunities
- Experience with pricing & promotional analysis
