We have unique opportunity for a talented commercial Business Analyst to join our Business Systems function to be based at our HQ, Edinburgh. This is an exciting time to join our Business Systems are as we are about to embark on a number of critical projects.

At the heart of this role is the ability to provide systematic and disciplined approach to analysis in order to ensure that all required project objectives and deliverables are met. As Business Analyst you will support clear business change definition, aiding the business to understand the nature, impact and implications of the problem they are facing or the opportunity they wish to take advantage of.

What we're looking for

  • Strong analyst well versed in a variety of business analytical techniques.
  • Evidence of sole responsibility for delivering Business Analysis for a project for full project lifecycle.
  • Experience of the full requirements management lifecycle, translating complex user requests into true business needs.
  • Proven ability and skills in communicating to all levels of the business using a variety of methods (e.g. verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to Influence and Negotiate with stakeholders to reach the desired outcomes.
  • Sound understanding of process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience of managing multiple pieces of work and differing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience of working under pressure and within set timescales.
  • Awareness if the UK FMCG Market and environmental factors that may have an effect on Business Operations.
