What You Will Do: Their National Account team has developed close customer relationships and as a result have strong cross functional contacts and collaborative partnerships. With Top 50 UK brands they are able to create and implement detailed Joint Business Plans and build leading positions in their core categories. You will report to a National Account Controller and take responsibility for around £40m business with a Top 4 Grocer or portfolio of Discounters or Convenience Retailers. You will use your experience and training to make a positive impact – however we are looking for people with potential and the ability for growth and career development.

About You: With around 5 years’ FMCG experience you are now looking for the next step and importantly an employer who will invest in your career development. You are bright, tenacious and have an engaging personality which enables you to build strong relationships and deliver outstanding results. You want to learn and develop and have the maturity to understand that you need coaching and support and also the right environment to nuture your abilities.
