Working closely with both the Managing Director and creative Founder the Ecommerce Director will deliver the brands’ global digital strategy, truly driving growth through three key channels; trading, merchandising and marketing.  If you feel you have the energy, drive and know how, then read on ….

Drawing on proven experience of supporting a similar brand - luxury/beauty/life-style start-up, you’ll apply both your technical skills and personal strengths to ensure the best solutions and processes are put in place.  The result; an outstanding customer experience; attracting, converting and of course retaining our wonderful customers!   My client is utterly passion about creating outstanding products and the digital experience must match this click by click.

In the beginning as with most start-up businesses you’ll need to be extremely hands-on in fact you must love getting your hands dirty and relish the challenge of flexing your expertise from operational to strategic and then as the business grows so will your team.  It’s going to be quite a ride!

Along with heaps of energy, drive and know how you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Extensive experience of international ecommerce strategy in a similar sector -(beauty/luxury/lifestyle)
• Deep understanding of digital marketing
• Have an innate passion for the web and outstanding knowledge of the full online selling lifecycle; etailer trading; merchandising; operations; analytics; payment through to fulfillment systems.
• A basic knowledge of HTML W3C standards and experience of a large platform
