Leeds + London
Up to £45,000 + Competitive package
The opportunity to Work for a FTSE 100 World Leading Consumer Health and Personal Care company.
You will work with cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external, to deliver and manage an annual plan that is profitable and sustainable, reflecting both customer and account.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of data and delivery of insights for the commercial teams and for use in the development of Online Channel planning and strategy
- Extract data from analytics platforms into a reporting framework including management of the .com P&L
- Manage the development and execution of initiatives across the online channel, becoming the online expert for the account team
- Lead the integration of major sales initiatives, new product launches and shopper engagement platforms into the online channel plan
- Work closely, manage & develop the external relationships with the customer to drive growth & outperformance in the online channel
- Develop strategies with the customer and internal commercial teams to deliver growth initiatives across social, online retail and other customer media platforms
- Contribute to the total account joint business plan between vendor and customer
Essential:
- Passion for achievement + high mental horsepower
- Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical and very creative with the ability to ‘think outside the box’
- Confident and capable of operating at all levels & good team player
- Experience managing Online Marketing Channels (Social Media / eCommerce / e-Tail / Online advertising, etc.
- Commercial experience within FMCG industry
