Atomic Live are delighted to announce that we have secured a partnership with Intercarabao to deliver a field sales team to launch a fantastic new brand to the UK Energy drink market, Carabao.  The team will drive distribution and availability of Carabao’s fantastic range of products within the Independent and Convenience channel.

Carabao was founded in 2002.  Already the fastest growing energy drink brand in Asia, Carabao is expanding its global presence by launching into the UK in April 2016.  

The launch will be supported by a multi-million pound marketing campaign centred on the world of Football. These investments will drive very significant brand recognition from launch.

Carabao is an energy drink that was inspired by the fighting spirit of an individual.  It is more than a global energy drink; it is the empowerment to accomplish personal goals.  We are looking for people who equally reflect the passion, strength of spirit and drive to represent Carabao in the UK Independent Convenience market.

WHAT WE NEED:

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for:

•    Driving the direction and focus of the national field sales team by acting as the first point of contact between Carabao and Atomic Live
•    Leading, motivating and developing the national team in the delivery of their individual and team KPIs 
•    Working with your team to maximise distribution, visibility and activation opportunities within the Wholesale and Independent channels.
•    Driving performance standards through regular performance reviews, coaching, training and mentoring
•    Ensuring that the Carabao Field Sales team is delivered on budget
•    Delivering and managing team meetings and communication with Carabao account team
•    Ensure all reporting and data capture procedures are met

This role requires at least five year’s leadership responsibility of a National Sales Team.  Experience managing a team operating within Wholesale and Independents is essential.  Excellent presentation and data analytical skills are required, along with an above average understanding of Excel and PowerPoint. Strong commercial knowledge, understanding route to market, experience in FMCG, and understanding marketing plans through and delivering this through to customers in store and depot is also key for this role.

This is a field based role however the successful candidate will be required to work from our Client’s offices in Reading and London, in addition to Atomic Live’s offices in Oxfordshire.

It is a requirement of this role that you hold a full driving licence.  Due to the geographical reach of the team, and need to regularly work with all team members, a willingness to travel and stay away from home each month is a requirement of the successful candidates.
