The Business

Operating within a dynamic food category, my client is currently in the midst of an incredible growth surge.  They operate across 4 main categories, Grocery Retail, Convenience, B2B and International. The company is the UK arm of a Global Company that has a T/O in the region of £750m.

The Role

The position as Business Unit Controller has come about through internal promotion to another part of the group and the individual coming aboard will be expected to step up into an Account Director position, potentially within 18 months - dependent on performance. My client also has a track record of investing heavily in employees with specific training courses developed around individual requirements.

The Person

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you must have an excellent track record within FMCG Food or Drink sector and you must have worked at a Head Office level with significant Top 4 Grocery Retailers to at least a SNAM level. You will have ideally come from a blue chip Fmcg background managing a team of commercial/marketing individuals. The financial package on offer is designed to attract the best with the opportunity being well suited to a fast tracked SNAM/NAC who currently sits within a global talent pool.
