We are looking for an Account Controller to own relationships with one of our key customers, to drive volume and growth across the account. You will manage relationships at head office level, understanding the priorities and leading the strategy for how to best work together and grow the account.

You'll love beer and be passionate about our industry. With some experience working as an Account Controller or Senior Account Manager, you'll be ambitious, a self starter and have an engaging way with people.

Key Responsibilities

To own, create and implement strategies that grow AB-InBev's share and value in the customer, by maximizing sales and net revenue, maco and ebitda.

To deliver the objectives through the use of market and category data and insight, using AB Inbev methodologies and ways of working, and by driving selling and commercial management excellence.

To develop, own, lead and deliver off trade sustainability strategies and projects across the total off trade retail sector, working with line manager, leadership team, zone and global colleagues to realise our opportunities

To lead the development of the team and supporting off trade sustainability teams



About You
  • Strong leadership & commercial management skills.
  • Sales account management background, with field sales / line management experience preferable.
  • Experience in delivering customer focused solutions at pace & to a high standard (excellent negotiation skills)
  • Sound project management skills & relevant experience
  • Experience of working within the FMCG environment
  • Strong communication skills at all business levels
  • Knowledge of systems - Excel, Access, PNT, CPT
  • High commercial awareness
  • Highly customer focused
