LFI(UK)Ltd are looking to employ an experienced Commercial Manager with the passion and drive to further develop their very successful company.

Privately owned and independent, LFI (UK) Ltd has been producing powder blends for the food industry since 1987.

The company is based in rural Worcestershire with convenient and fast motorway links to the West Midlands transport network.

Reporting to the Board, the right candidate will develop both existing and new business areas.

They must have strong technical sales background, ideally in milling, baking or allied sciences and have a proven commercial acumen.

The main focus of the role will be to:

• Identify and lead new opportunities to build the business, analysing data to identify category and business opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry functions and trade shows.
• Manage all aspects of the new product process alongside existing and new clients.
• Analyse and define the market whilst winning new business.
• Provide direction and leadership to other participating operational functions.
