An excellent opportunity has arisen to work with one of the UK’s largest supplier of fresh produce. Established almost 50 years ago and already turning over in excess of £100million, this company is seeing progressive growth year on year. They supply a wide range of customers including retail, wholesalers and B2B. Product innovation and development is at the forefront of their plans

Role

As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for solely the Tesco account. You will be tasked with day to day management of this account including developing account and category plans, forecasting and creating joint business strategies.

You will work closely with the NPD team to develop new products and evolve and expand the current range. Your goal will be to grow the sales and profit of the account and be responsible for costing, launch plans and analysis of consumer data.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will ideally have fresh produce or short shelf life experience, and you must have previously sold into a Top 6 account. It is important that you are ambitious and self-motivated, with a good understanding of NPD. In order to understand consumer data, you must have accurate numerical and analytical skills.
