Job Details
Interim Category Marketing Manager required - immediately available.
The client is a food manufacturing business with an enviable reputation within the chilled foods industry. This business is looking for a seasoned Category Marketing specialist with significant experience within chilled foods categories.
Working in this highly successful and fast-paced food factory and joining an experienced marketing team, you will support over the next three - six months. It's essential you have experience of own label food categories supplying major UK retailers to fully understand the dynamics of marketing products in that environment.
You must be a highly numerate individual, comfortable with data analysis to give insight and deliver reports. A key aspect of the role will be presenting data to internal teams and liaising with the commercial teams. Strong and professional communication skills are therefore essential.
Well-developed and practiced category management skills are required to get 'under the skin' of the category and understand what the key drivers are and identify market trends.
