Your primary task is to build the development area and provide the leadership of the local partners in their own contract territory.

Here’s what you need to be:

Your Profile

  • Solid senior management experience
  • Corporate environment or consulting
  • Board level experience (divisional or group)
  • Passionate about helping others succeed

Your Role

  • Build the business from the ground up, ultimately to manage 20-40 regional franchisees
  • Identify local partners to work with and support their development through strong leadership
  • Build up a team of facilitators to run your local ‘boards’
  • Develop long term relationships with the SME community
