SENIOR HR ROLE

A major UK FMCG company is seeking a senior HR appointment to join its operating board and help the senior team in setting market leading people policies across its production and sales arms. 

The successful candidate will have led the functional teams across the range of HR activity: 

• Recruitment
• Operations
• Reward
• Learning & Development 

They will have had experience of large site based and field based employees and ideally have worked within a unionised environment. 

Experience of the manufacturing /sales interface is essential but the product category less so. The client does operate in a branded format, so a background that includes working with brands and the complexities would be clearly preferable. 

THe role would be predominantly office based with UK travel.
