NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGERS

Our client, one of the largest brewing and pub retailing businesses in the UK has exciting opportunities for Account Managers to join the team.

THE ROLE

  • Build exceptional trade relationships with existing and new customers 
  • Identify and convert potential business
  • Deliver brand activities
  • Build customer contacts at all levels 
  • Negotiate and agree customer business plans – managing and improving customer profitability
  • Inspire and engage your direct reports
  • Deliver outstanding results and ensure accurate forecasting with all teams
  • Ensure ROI of trade spend is monitored and driven at all levels

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Of graduate calibre with strong commercial awareness
  • Knowledge of on-trade at all levels is essential
  • Empathy and flexibility to ensure that trading relationships are established and maintained 
  • Negotiating skills along with determination and great organisation 
  • Self-disciplined and highly self-motivated
  • Team working with great communication skills

LOCATION:      

Flexible to travel nationally
