Head of Insight
Talent Works has been quietly remodelling how complex employers identify, approach and recruit talent. By providing the framework for insight-led, integrated sourcing strategies, we create opportunities for meaningful career conversations and longer-term, sustainable brand engagement.
It’s an enlightened approach to recruitment: an effective brand proposition delivered directly, powerfully and personally to a targeted talent group. Through solutions that combine Brand & Insight, Sourcing and Creative, we can take evidence-based propositions to candidates in a way that always informs, always inspires. That’s why it works. That’s why Talent Works.
The Brand & Insight team is instrumental in shaping and developing our client solutions. So we’re looking for someone who sees how qualitative and quantitative research impacts on employer reputation and candidate experience. It calls for vision, planning and outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal), with the credibility to present findings, generate ideas and make clear recommendations to progress complex, global employer brand projects.
Significant experience in a strategic insight role is vital, gained in either a Marketing/Recruitment or Marketing environment. We’re looking for someone who can lead, motivate and inspire a team by example.
As well as growing employer reputations, you’ll be committed to growing your own reputation too: establishing yourself a true subject matter expert and thought leader, tackling diverse projects with intelligence, method and a real passion for the proposition. You will have an interest in business and an understanding of the wider environment in which our organisation operates.
As an organization, we’ve enjoyed a remarkable journey – built on recruiting smart, engaging, enterprising, employees who set high standards, work hard and never compromise when it comes to achieving their best for clients. If you’re as ambitious as we are, we’d like to talk.
The ideal person will live within commuting distance to either our Manchester or Northampton office, but will need to be on-site with the team in Northampton at least 3 days per week.
