Formed in the UK almost 25 years ago, my client has progressed quickly as a leading personal care company, turning over in excess of £60 million. A subsidiary of a global corporation that employs 25,000 people worldwide, the UK business is the second largest in the company. Having some reputable brands in their product portfolio across a variety of personal care sub categories, my client is constantly looking to acquire other great brands. Despite aspirations to become even larger and competing with other key businesses within the sector, it is essential that my client keeps their entrepreneurial culture. Due to a strategic plan to grow organically, my client is now seeking a quality Customer Support Manager to add to their already successful team.

This is a fantastic opportunity that will have you managing a team of 4 in the Customer Support Team. Reporting into the Finance Director, this role will have you leading and inspiring the support team through your direction and clear vision. You will provide guidance and assistance to all team members, carrying out quarterly reviews and appraisals, overseeing their development and training. Your role will have you working alongside the sales team, understanding the customer requirements and looking at how the team can provide a better quality of service. A key part of your role will be to report ongoing sales statistics and KPIs to all members of the senior management.

To be considered for this great opportunity you must currently be working in a similar Customer Support role. Although not essential, having prior experience working in Health and Beauty will be advantageous. You must have passion and energy working in a leadership position, and show initiative and hunger to learn.
