Our client is a very well-regarded fresh food business with very exciting growth plans for the next few years. They are currently looking for an experienced and proven National Account Manager with good experience in the UK retail market. The role


Supporting the delivery of a customer strategy that increases category growth and market share, whilst increasing overall profitability
Working closely with the supply chain and production teams, ensuring end to end efficiencies are maxed out
Building strong working relationships with your customer accounts, ensuring you are the "go to" contact for all opportunities
Implementing the overall commercial strategy for your customer

The candidate


Will have had previous account management experience within the chilled/fresh food industry, supplying the UK Multiples
Will have a meticulous approach and be able to hold their ground in potentially tricky negotiations.
Will be driven, enthusiastic and personable
Must have good presentation skills and a passion for the food industry

The ideal candidate might have held the role of National Account Manager, Senior National Account Manager, Commercial Manager or something similar.
