Location: London, Central England.
Salary: c£55k, 30% Bonus, Car or Allowance, Healthcare, Pension.

Are you a Foodservice and/or Wholesale NAM/SNAM looking for a very autonomous opportunity? Our Private Label client works across Ambient Foods within Grocery, Convenience, Wholesale and Foodservice. They’re looking for a progressive NAM/SNAM with Foodservice/Wholesale experience. This is most certainly attractive to a career driven individual, confident in their ability to progress into a senior position.

This business is an SME Private Label FMCG business rapidly growing YoY (£70million turnover). Having maximised business successfully across the major retailers and convenience, the company has now identified Foodservice and Wholesale as a big target area, already boasting a £5million account portfolio within the sector. They’re now looking for someone to ‘lead the charge’ identifying areas of growth and new business whilst maintaining the existing portfolio. The rewards are huge; a strong basic salary, a very lucrative bonus, autonomy and progression based on results. Line management will certainly follow as the customer base grows and this role could lead to a ‘Controller’ or even ‘Director’ level position in the very near future pending results.

Experience needed:

• Currently a NAM or SNAM level professional for a Brand or Own Label FMCG business.
• Foodservice & Wholesale experience.
• Customer facing experience at Head Office level.
• A ‘farmer and hunter’ profile.
• Results driven.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
• P&L & JBP responsibility.
