The Role:
In partnership with a heritage branded FMCG business, I am seeking talented, ambitious individuals with strong commercial acumen to step into a Category Manager position. With a culture of dynamism and innovation, the successful candidate will be self-motivated and a high energy team player with a passion for FMCG.
Accountabilities:
Reporting into the Category Controller, the successful candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, assisting them in driving the business development strategies by providing key commercial decision support for the team and to help shape brand strategy. The role is office based in West London with a generous basic salary encompassed with an excellent benefits package.

- Strong category/insights experience (agency background preferred
- Advanced analytical skills utilizing and linking a wide range of data sources
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
