We are working with one of the market leaders of ready prepared fresh produce into the retail market, the businesses is going from strength to strength and due to increase business, they are increasing the technical team with the appointment of a quality manager. They are looking for someone who has previously worked for a chilled food manufacture, and have a sound knowledge of high care environments, a good working knowledge of BRC and supplying into the retail sector.

The role
As quality manager you will maintain technical standards for the business for all customers
Maintain customer complaints and corrective actions
Ensure the QMS is up to date and maintained
Management of the QA team
Maintain and develop internal audit schedule

The candidate
Previous experience of working in a similar role
Experience of been involved in 3rd party audits (TFMS, BRC)
Experience of supplying into the retail sector
Hands on factory floor experience
Ability to communicate at all levels
As quality manager / Senior QA Supervisor you will have the drive, and ambition to improve the quality
You will passionate about food and have excellent attention to detail
