At Arla, we do so much more than make some of the world's favourite dairy products. We make healthy taste delicious, mornings worth getting up for and family dinners unforgettable. Cravendale®, Anchor®, Lurpak® and Tickler® - names like these make us a vital, natural part of modern life in over 100 countries around the world. We are 4,000 UK and 19,000 global employees at the heart of it. Every single one of us plays an important role and together we build on our 10bn Euros turnover and establish our position as one of the largest dairy companies in the world.
Driving and working behind the scenes of this leading global business, is a UK team of 4000 colleagues located across our dairies, distribution centres and head office, ensuring that more than 4000 daily deliveries are made to stores and regional distribution centres. So if you've poured some of the nice cold white stuff over your bowl of breakfast cereal today or had cheese on toast for your evening snack, chances are you've already experienced Arla!
Following recent changes within our Marketing team, we are looking to recruit an Anchor Senior Brand Manager to drive this high performing brand and its presence across BSM, cheddar cheese and cream. You will drive sustainable growth amongst our core family target audience, in both the challenging BSM & Cheddar categories, building on the recent positioning and communication work undertaken. Supported by both an Anchor Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager, this role offers the opportunity to lead the brand direction and plan into 2016 and beyond.
Developing key relationships with both internal and external customers, you will lead key agency relationships on a day to day basis, including non-global agency evaluation and selection. Ensuring brand strategy is aligned with and helps deliver the category strategy you will be involved in the development of trade promotional guidelines and channel strategy in collaboration with shopper investment, marketing and sales functions.
To be successful in this role you will have significant brand management experience within FMCG and a track record of effective brand management and results. You will hold a business or bachelor degree and/or a further marketing qualification. With strong leadership skills you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work well with others as part of a team. You will be creative, confident and outgoing with a true, demonstrable passion for brands.
In return you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package and the opportunity to work for a forward thinking, progressive organisation that recognises and rewards talent.
