Our client is a major player in the fresh food manufacturing industry. As a progressive and forward thinking business, they have continuously lead the way with an innovative and inclusive approach. They are currently looking for a Head of Commercial for one of their key sites, in order to oversee a busy multi customer operation.

The Role of Head of Commercial:-
Overseeing the commercial department, ensuring joint business opportunities are identified and capitalised on
Working towards optimising the capacity of the site and maximising overall profitability
Managing the senior customer relationships, whilst entrusting the day to day management to your commercial team

The Candidate:-
Will have a proven senior commercial background in the fresh food industry with strong retailer relationships
Will be an experienced man manager with the ability to get the most out of your team
Will be very organised and possess a keen ability to remain task focussed ensuring key opportunities are prioritised
