Commercial Manager - Chilled Food - East Midlands - £40-50k + package.

Our client is a highly successful food manufacturer. Very much a leader in their specialist product category. They manufacturer an exciting range of high quality products for the UK’s major retailers and a national coffee shop chain.

Due to strong company growth my client is looking to add some new talent to their commercial team.

The Role

Commercial Manager – Major Retail / National Coffee Chain.

This is a new role taking full P&L of a valuable Marks and Spencer’s account. The account is experiencing strong growth and is in an exciting period of transition.

Some responsibilities.

• To develop and manage the commercial relationship with the customers to grow the business
• To assist the Development team in pulling together presentations
• To assist in project work and pull together information as and when required.
• To manage the department overhead spend

The role will involve working very closely with the customer teams, including new product development projects.

The role reports into the Sales Director.

The Candidate

• Proven track record within food manufacturing.

• Ideally premium retail account management experience.

• Professional manner with an impressive track record of achievements.
