Key Responsibilities

*Contextualizes macro and category shopper trends to influence shopper learning agenda for the UK market
*Personally manages key shopper research projects, and works very closely with Category and Sales
*Discovers (through research or analysis of existing knowledge) unmet shopper needs to drive initiatives and actionable plans within the shopper environment.
*Contributes to analysis of effectiveness of major promotion initiatives and recommends improvements.
*Connects with his/her counterparts in other countries to transfer and maximize insight in Europe and inputs into the longer-term innovation.
*Provides thought leadership and shares best practices of shopper insights and research across the CMI
*Maintains a shopper testing toolbox (developed by CoE and Global Shopper Insights) and research programs for delivering and measuring excellence in Customer / Shopper insight.
*Builds and maintains contacts with research agencies and research institutes to develop new tools for creating and measuring effective shopper innovation and executions
