This is an exciting opportunity for a Call Centre Manager to join one of the fastest growing food businesses in the UK.

Our client is experiencing double digit growth and as a result are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about the food industry to join their team and take on responsibility from day one. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and managing customer experience campaigns with both the internal teams and outsourced partners.

Further responsibilities as a Call Centre Manager include:
  • Responsible for the coordination of retention and reactivation outbound call campaigns
  • Providing hands-on support to your dedicated customer care team
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign successes and staff performance via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensuring effective communication of customer feedback to all teams in the company


In order to be an outstanding Call Centre Manager:
  • Previous experience in managing a customer care and/or sales agents team
  • Background in B2C work environment
  • Prior experience working in customer retention/reactivation is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven team environment
  • Energy, enthusiasm and commitment
  • Ideally degree educated or equivalent
