The Benefits: 


£20,000-£21,500 + Uncapped Commission (Realistic commission in the region of £4,000-£7,000), Company Van, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone, Tablet and Travel expenses. 
  


The Company:

Our client is a well developed distributor of non-food FMCG household products into the independent and convenience sector. They are looking to add to their existing sales team in various locations across the UK. They stock a number of own branded and well known branded recognisable products.

 

The Role:

Working alongside the current highly skilled sales team, your main focus will be to attract new business and manage existing accounts by cross selling and merchandising. You will have exclusivity in your own territory calling on independent retailers such as shops, newsagents, universities and hotels. You will be responsible for managing your own diary and reporting back on your KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a client portfolio, visiting clients working to a set cycle.
  • Selling stock from your van directly to the independent retailers or clients.
  • Managing your own stock and the incoming and outgoing deliveries of the stock.
  • Reporting to head office on your weekly sales figures.
  • Collecting previous payments from retailers and banking cash.
  • Merchandising stock and keeping clients up to date with new products.
  • Representing the company with the highest of standards at all times.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic sales executive who is determined, driven and hungry for success with a passion and energy for sales. With a strong ability to drive business in your territory, you will capable of identifying new opportunities as well as showing good organisational skills and strong as maintaining existing client relationships.

You would come from a sales orientated background, either within field sales (ideally FMCG), or Retail, either Convenience, Supermarket or FMCG retail.

The Ideal candidate would be living within one of the postcode territories or on the border.
