Head of Brand Marketing

Our client is a growing food manufacturer who supply key customers in the retail, wholesale and manufacturing sectors of the UK food industry with both branded and own label products.  As part of the companies ongoing growth strategy they are now recruiting a brand new role to the team to own and manage their brand.  This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premium brand and have strategic input into the business.

The Role

•    Lead all marketing and communications activity across all platforms, providing strategic, practical and creative direction.
•    Lead, train, coach, mentor and develop the Marketing team 
•    Develop effective relationships and partnerships, both internally and externally, to deliver the brand strategy.
•    Lead, support & embed Branded strategies into both the UK and International sales channels and territories.

The Candidate

•    The successful candidate will have proven marketing and category management skills to help drive the business growth plans.  
•    Branded FMCG or Food product experience
•    Strong communication skills
•    Be a hands on and willing team player
•    Self starter
•    Based in NW England

Salary range of £50-60k + car or allowance, generous pension scheme and healthcare,
