Commercial Manager – Food Manufacturing / B2B & QSR

Reporting into the Sales Director, the Commercial Manager will be working for one of the UK’s most well-known and prestigious manufacturers of ingredients, managing a portfolio of national Food Manufacturing/B2B and QSR accounts. Due to double digit year on year growth, there is now a requirement for a Commercial Manager to join this high performing commercial team.

The key purpose of this role is to manage the sales performance for specific accounts within the Food Manufacturing/B2B and QSR channels, working as part of a successful commercial team ensuring both sales and profitability are maximised.

Additional Accountabilities Will Include:

  • Managing annual business plans, which compliment business objectives and maximise both sales and margin opportunities.
  • Delivering and exceeding value sales and profit targets.
  • Seeking out relevant new business opportunities and
  • Managing customer expectations within agreed deadlines.

You shall be expected to have at least 2 years’ National Account Management experience within Food Manufacturing/B2B and or QSR sector. It is preferable however not essential you have worked with customers such as Greencore, Subway, Samworth, McDonalds and Bakkavor. All those who come from an FMCG food manufacturing background will be considered.
