New Business Development Director - 'Pitch Doctor'

Our client is a €multi-million loyalty programme business operating in 20 countries with office locations throughout Europe.  

Entirely focused and enjoying long standing partnerships with Grocery and Petrol retailers across Europe they have an enviable track record of success with many of the biggest retail names known. 

The European Board has trained its sights on UK and Ireland retailers who are turning to reward and loyalty solutions in the relentless pursuit of winning and keeping shoppers inspired.  

Our client’s specialist focus in retailer sales acceleration programmes is largely untapped with huge potential driven primarily by the fierce competition that retailer chains need to create a clear point of difference.  

As the job title perfectly describes, you’ll be responsible for developing and winning business.  

With evident credentials in creating tailor-made pitches you’ll be working closely with the UK product development team to build effective retailer reward programmes that generate £multi-million incremental retail revenue.  

You will be a seasoned New Business winner who excels at solution selling.  

You will have a solid and consistent career experience in winning and closing deals.  

You’ll be proven at selling big ticket contracts to Board level decision makers.  

You’ll also be comfortable in long lead times to converting sales but always looking for an angle to win the hearts and minds of your client.  

Early success will stem from knowing the retail sector.  You will have a numerically adept mind to structure deals that inspire powerful and compelling sales pitches.  

Joining a tight-knit and highly focused management team, you will take responsibility for the end to end customer management.
