Introduction: A hugely exciting opportunity to be a part of a progressive, pacey and expanding business based in the Midlands has arisen.  Due to considerable and sustained growth, a Sales Controller is now required.

The Company: The Company is a food manufacturer with operations in the Midlands.  They are well known with a reputation for quality and consistency, and offer a fantastic working environment.  This is an exciting business to be a part of due to their ambitions, success and pace of growth.

The Role:  As Sales Controller you will work hand in hand with the Sales Director leading the commercial team and driving growth.  You will be responsible for a team of experienced sales professionals and Category Marketing Managers continuing to drive the rapid growth the business is presently experiencing.

The Candidate:  Successful candidates will have proven sales skills able to lead a team of account managers through to success.   You will have already gained a number of years’ experience in a senior sales position operating within food manufacturing, preferably chilled.  You will also have a thorough understanding of the Grocery MULTs, either Tesco or Morrison’s would be advantageous.
