Package: £40k - £50k  +10%  Bonus + Benefits Package

The Company:

Fast growing company based in over 50 countries, employing in excess of 600 employees, within Grocery & Convenience Retail markets who  develop bespoke initiatives to increase Shopper Loyalty, Revenue and Market share for consumers and shoppers. 

Due to steady growth over the last two years our client is looking for a Shopper Marketing & Insight Manager to promote and coordinate our global shopper research programmes.

£40,000 -  £50,000 + 10%  Bonus + Benefits

The Job

• You will lead and implement key research projects in support of Sales & Marketing initiatives and create compelling presentations from research projects that can be used in client meetings, marketing and internal knowledge building.
• Designing quant and qual questionnaires, working alongside and managing agencies
• Shopper research programmes
• Testing consumer / shopper attitudes
• The research will objectively validate the effectiveness of current and future programmes in positively influencing shopper behaviour, attitudes and overall brand equity for the retailer whilst providing ROI evidence.

You will be:-

• Currently working in FMCG at Category Executive / Analyst position or Client Manager / Planner from an agency background
• Ideally be working within the research / insight / Marketing industry with experience of both qualitative & quantitative, coupled with the ability to influence, inspire and motivate individuals, Or an ambitious analyst/planner from a marketing agency environment with experience of writing questionnaires looking to take their next step within market research.
• Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills with an analytical mind and a desire to progress your career.
