In order to secure the continuous success of Silent Gliss, we are currently seeking a Territory Manager to be based at our London Showroom in Islington.
This is a sales position having specific responsibility for the development and support of all retail customers in London (All London postcodes)

The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Motivate and Develop existing retail customers.
- Identify and present to new retail prospects.
- Effect new and existing product introduction through professional and persuasive presentation.
- Communicate effectively to, develop positive personal relationships with, and motivate, Wholesaler and Retail Support Specialist sales personnel.
- Sell and communicate effectively with all retail customers who operate at the 'top end' of the interiors market.
- Assist end users and retailers with onsite practical project management.
- Develop and train all retail customers in our products.
- Develop direct relationships with Department Store Groups, including The John Lewis Partnership.
- Manage the Area through responsible and effective planning.
- Make full use of the company CRM System.

- Ability to write good business letter and proposals, internal reports and memos.
- Good practical skills to include measuring (Desirable – not essential)
- Good numeracy, and a sound working knowledge of computers and software (Windows, Microsoft Office), will know how to use e-mail effectively.
- A smart and well presented individual, who not only takes pride in their appearance but can also enhance the name of Silent Gliss within their area.
- A results orientated person, who can meet Sales Targets as agreed with Sales Management.
The Package:
Salary OTE of c£36k – c£40k
Pension & DIS
21 days pro rata holiday is paid by the Company in the first year, rising to a capped maximum 30 days holiday.
